Updating Your Payment Method

Keep your payment information current to avoid any interruption in service.

Updating Your Card

  1. Go to Billing & Plans from your account menu
  2. Find the Payment Method section
  3. Click Update
  4. Enter your new card information
  5. Click Save
  6. Adding a New Card

    If you don't have a payment method on file:

    1. Go to Billing & Plans
    2. Click Add Payment Method
    3. Enter your card details
    4. Set as default if desired
    5. Click Save
    6. Removing a Card

      You can remove a card if you have another payment method on file:

      1. Go to Billing & Plans
      2. Find the card you want to remove
      3. Click Remove
      4. Confirm removal
      5. Note: You must have at least one payment method if you have an active subscription.

        Payment Failed?

        If your payment fails:

        1. You'll receive an email notification
        2. Update your payment method within 7 days
        3. Your service continues during this grace period
        4. If payment isn't resolved, your subscription will be paused until updated.

          Security

          Your payment information is:

          • Processed securely by Stripe
          • Never stored on our servers
          • Protected by bank-level encryption
